This has enabled us to offer project management as a separate service line and have assisted many of our customers in the initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and close-down of their projects. Systems Thinking LLC, also conducts project assessments in providing and unbiased assessment of a projects current state and future direction, and is followed-up with appropriate recommendations, if required.

As a company's initiatives become extensive, Systems Thinking LLC has designed and implemented Program Management Office's (PMO) in order to insure the company's operations are definitely aligned with their strategic intent.
